Cathedral Rifle

Contaminator Barrel


Based on the contaminator technology of the Gravestone Cathedral, this barrel attachment imbues the exiting bullet with intense radioactive energy. It can only be fitted with weapons with a longer barrel, as the contaminator needs time to transmit the energy. Other than the weapons listed here, that only includes the Hunting Rifle.
   

Creative AI


A few very advanced small guns are equipped with an AI assistant. This sentient being can be upgraded, but only by someone with the esoteric knowledge of intelligent computer systems.
   

Railgun Barrel


State of the art in 2317, the Railgun Barrel uses a linear electromagnetic motor to accelerate the already discharged bullet. The projectile exits at absurd speed.
  The Damage Rating of a weapon cannot be negative. If any Mod reduces a weapon’s Damage Rating to zero or below, zero dice are rolled for the weapons base damage. Damage modifiers, including those from Fire Rate or AP spends, still apply with those modifiers added to zero. Even if the Damage Rating would have been negative, the Damage modifiers begin as if the weapon’s Damage Rating was zero.
  Aside from the weapons mentioned in this booklet, the Railgun Barrel can be affixed to the following Small Guns: .44 Pistol, 10mm Pistol, Assault Rifle, Combat Rifle, Gauss Rifle, Hunting Rifle, Combat Shotgun, Double Barrel Shotgun, Pipe Bolt-Action, Pipe Gun, Pipe Revolver
