You increase the Difficulty of all INT and LUCK Tests by +1 whenever you are not under the effects of Loose Juice.
A pre-war beverage marketed to young nightclub enthusiasts, Ogre Energy Drink combines grain alcohol and artificial fruit flavour with a powerful blend of stimu-lants. Ogre Energy Drink Addiction: A failed Addiction roll renders you addicted to Ogre’s unique cocktail of stimulants. You increase the Difficulty of all INT Tests by +1 whenever you are not under the influ-ence of Ogre Energy Drink.
Rebound is a post-war concoction of the New Vegas casino families. It usually takes the form of a metal hip flask filled with liquid attached to a pair of glass vials taped to the side. A needle on the top ad-ministers the drug cocktail, causing a steady flow of energy rather than just an instant rush.
Rebound Addiction: A failed Addiction roll renders you addicted to Rebound. You increase the Difficulty of all INT Tests by +1 whenever you are not under the effects of Rebound. Additionally, you are now more susceptible to Addiction from other Chems. Whenever you roll for Addiction, add 2 extra CD from Rebound Addiction.
