Holiday List

Trationally, the list of people who are to be awarded a noble title by the Emperor are published twice a year. Once on 001, called the Holiday List, and once on the Emperor's birthday, called the Birthday List. Each is a list of the entire Imperial nobility in their order of precedence, with new title holders are specifically noted.
