Dean Orin Gearspindle

Appearance: Orin is a wiry gnome with wild, wispy white hair that sticks out in all directions, and a pair of oversized goggles perched on his nose. His hands are perpetually smudged with soot or glowing arcane grease, and he’s often seen wearing a patched-up leather apron covered in pockets stuffed with tools and gadgets.

Personality: Orin is energetic, curious, and a little scatterbrained, constantly moving from one invention to the next. He has a knack for inspiring students to think outside the box and loves seeing their creativity shine, even if it means the occasional workshop explosion. Despite his chaotic nature, he is deeply knowledgeable about all things mechanical and magical.

Teaching Style: Orin prefers hands-on learning, encouraging students to tinker, experiment, and occasionally fail (safely!) as part of their growth. His motto is: “If it doesn’t hum, glow, or spark, you’re not doing it right!”
