Volva

The volva are people who live outside of typical society and dabble with the strings of time and destiny through the use of Seidr and Spae . They are feared and respected, and sometimes necessary in Midgard culture. Vovla are almost always women, although it is not unheard of for non-women to become one.
They can be powerful, daunting magic users, or simple humans with some teachings of the ways of the volva. They are usually encyclopedic knowledge-keepers of magic.
