Galdr

It has been long established that those with agency, that is to say they can move and speak and do, can perform Galdr through singing or speaking. Galdr is a type of magic where one projects the desire to change the world through words and voice, and the world may respond.
Like Seidr it requires practice and training for the singing, and practice in the intention of magic. Using a Falsetto singing voice encourages the magic to occur far more than speaking or standard singing.
Only the most magical can perform Galdr through speaking alone. Gnomes for example can only communicate using the magic voice.
