Feats
Learning a Feat can require weeks or months of dedicated time to learn. Not every Feat is created equally however, the amount of time needed to learn each of them may varry dramatically. Some Feats can only be taken upon gaining an Ability Score Improvement. Other Feats, such as the Actor Feat improve an Ability Score as well. This will increase the amount of time required to learn them. Deciding to learn the Feat without the Ability Score Increase will remove the penalty lowers the time required to the next fastest tier.
