Å+*4~ - Central District
Location
Central District is located at the very south of Å+*4~ in Dry Ocean region. It’s tucked between Ocean, Wasteland of Å+*4~ and North-South Hills of Å+*4~. It’s separated from Wasteland by Long River and it has beautiful beaches along the [unnamed] Bay. It includes Central District itself, and also the nearby Business District, Industry District and Rich District.
Climate
Climate here is affected by the warm yellow sun, and the bright golden sun. Summers are really hot and dry, and rainy seasons are warm, but can get very rainy. Temperatures in summer can get over 50°C, but rainy seasons rarely get below 20°C.
Due to the proximity of two bright Suns, it never gets really dark here; at night you’ll see a pink sky with black stars doing a poor job trying to darken it.
Nature
Despite this being a very urban area, it has its fair share of nature. There might not be any true wilderness here, but every building has its own grassy area where people can go to relax and hang out. There is also a large central park and North-South Hills of Å+*4~.
One of the most common animals you’ll see here are kakadus, but in parks and forests of the hills you may encounter many other critters like bluebirds, squirrelmice or butterflies.
More than wild plants and animals, you’ll find here pets, potted plants and garden plants. Catbunnies are most popularly kept here as pets. Though generally a dry area, it’s heavily irrigated with the water from Long River.
Town
Central District is known for its yellow buildings and very precise grid layout of streets. This district was built up really fast to house as many people as possible, as soon as possible, so basically a lot of it just looks the same - HERE are some examples of buildings commonly found in Central District. Well, not exactly the same.This district is well known for its abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and other businesses that make it alive and colorful. Everyone knows where all of their favorite shops are and will more likely give you directions based on that. This can be confusing to an out of town visitor who isn't familiar where the shops in town are, so they might be dirested to a certain number of a block, which often isn't helping much.
This town is considered to be possibly the most important hub of entertainment, culture, business and shopping.
Though “Central District” refers to the strict center, people usually think of the adjacent business, industrial and rich (If You Swallow Coins You'll Shit Cash) district as all one part of a large town. All of them together are considered to be the Capital of Å+*4~. Many people living in Central District and If You Swallow Coins You’ll Shit Cash, own and work at the companies that have their offices in business district.
Streets here are always full of people going about their days to run errands or meet up with friends for a fun time, or maybe to just go out alone.
People
Here you’ll find all sorts of different people from all over the world. Most of the population are moles, but you’ll also find a fair amount of fairies and even a few freaks and bats. Everyone is welcome here and everyone can feel free and comfortable to be themselves, no matter who they are.
Central District is one of the richest districts of your world, so you’ll find many large and wealthy families, many of which are related to the families living in If You Swallow Coins You’ll Shit Cash. A lot of people here are in one way or the other involved in the entertainment industry, many are actors, singers, fashion designers, influencers, artists and all other sorts of celebrities. Not unlike many other parts of the world, most people here own their own small businesses where they sell a wide variety of their own handmade items. Considering this is the place where all (well, obviously not /all/) celebrities are, many come here to try and make it big themselves. After all, this is the place where all of the big celebrity names live, and they are the ones who decide what’s in and what’s out. If you get noticed by one of them, you could become one of them yourself, but honestly, you have to be really lucky for that. Nevertheless, the town is full of opportunities and everyone is welcome to come and succeed in just about anything they wish.
Families here are pretty wealthy and almost always have at least one big name celebrity involved in them. They may include up to 20 members or sometimes even more. Same as everywhere else, these families form tight-knit communities of people living and working close with each other. Especially bigger families have a lot of money and influence, and it can be very beneficial for anyone who manages to get involved with them.
Resources
Central District isn’t known for producing any significant amount of exportable raw materials, but it is very well known for its entertainment and culture. Movies, bands, artists and more are known all across the world and many people here create highly desirable items of high quality that people are willing to pay good money for. This district's main exports are just that - the fancy expensive items and what the entertainment industry can come up with.

Fun Fact: While in no way related to it, Central District with its yellow buildings and arched corridors is somehow reminiscent of the town Izamal in Mexico
