Nojlei

Nojlei is skewer cooked meat over coals. The meat will have been marinated using different types of ufalete peppers found in the Balelands along with oil and water for at least an hour to overnight.
Nojlei is a common dish made in taverns and inns across the Balelands. It's not uncommon for most regions to have their own unique take on spice combinations used in the marinade of the meat.
It is often served with a coarse ground chati seeds and tuber vegetables.
