Branei'wirs

Branei'wirs is a type of sausage that originated in the mid to northern regions of the Balelands. It is quite popular there and most often grilled during festivals, holidays or other special events.
Despite being a cured sausage, it consists of barley, fine ground meat, spices, and vegetables. There is very little fat and the grilling method is intended to bring out the spices in the mix.
The preparation of a Branei'wirs is considered fine art, one that many cookmasters strive to master as a part of their culinary skills.
