One of two thermonuclear powers, PANTA is a powerful faction spanning the temperate world of Anrayal with an economic system known as High Co-Socialism. Known as Hicoso, it is commonly toted as an actually functional version of communism. Laden with checks and balances, Hicoso can result in a 'perfect society' but only if executed, perfectly. With the people happy, corruption is rare and caught easily. PANTA believes in shared technology, global standardization, regulated economy, universal basic income, minimum surveillance, and is generally globalist.
