What is Firstland?

Firstland is a fictional science fantasy world that technology and magic both exist. More specifically, the science relpace powerful magic at some point: With a series of major scientific breakthroughs, armies made of steel, highly efficient factories, and a secular culture slowly replaced esoteric magic. Magic still exists, but the public sees it as a fragile relic of the past.

Here technology do develop a little bit beyond real modern technology, people's living style remain retro and religious. Guns and fires once help human to beat monsters, but now they are spawning new threats...

Where is Firstland?

Firstland, the place this story happens, placed in a fictional earth that have similar climates to temperate zone and frigid zone, also include large area of desert. this place is not the whole world, the area and location of Firstland should similar (quite smaller) to the North America on the real Earth.

What's the story of Firstland(up to now)?

The story happens around the nation called First Empire, which once been powerful, invested science technology, lead all man-kinds beat the monsters raging in Firstland long time ago. Now with the stagnation in development, the central empire lost control to the "North Five" kings, who were once loyal to the empire. Finally four of them became an union and declare war to the empire, driven by their own interests. At this time of great urgency, many people start to take their actions...
