Session 60: Welcome to Broken Shelf

General Summary

Riot

10th of Spirende 22nd year of the Second Era
The Regulators and Barfouth Warhand went head to head with Guillermo Ferrer and his posse in a short brawl. Malcolm successfully knocked Guillermo unconscious before the prison guards arrive don the scene and began subduing  the participants with shock bolas. Meara and Echo along with Barfouth managed to surrender peacefully.
They were returned to their cell and locked in early for the night. Meara healed Barfouth's wounds and he seemed to accept them fighting by their side as proof they were trustworthy. When Malcolm regained consciousness they explained why they were in the prison and what they were hoping to achieve. Barfouth seemed interested in joining the new Palhas army and believed a decent amount of the prisoners would be interested ass well. However, he warned there were a few factions in the prison that would need to be eliminated or at least pacified before any recruiting was done. Guillermo runs the drug trade in the prison. He has a few guards in his pocket but when shipments are smuggled in still he has to avoid the more honest guards. There is a stash somewhere inside the prison itself.
Another faction that could potentially ca use trouble is the fight club run by one of the guards, the same on that was eyeing Meara when they arrived, but seemed to lose interest when he saw her in the fight with Guillermo. He makes a lot of money off of those fights and a mass breakout would of course be a loss of income for him, so any word of a plot to escape would likely be dealt with unofficially by him. 
The last faction that would need to be dealt with is the Torgris gang. They run protection for both individuals and property in the prison. While they may take freedom over their mostly prison currency business, they could also be used by those who have vested interests to try and stop the potential breakout. Most or all of these factions will need to be dealt with by careful elimination (that won't cause a power vacuum) or winning them over/tricking them by some means.
They all agreed to sleep on the matter and begin working toward their goal the next day. All but Echo went to sleep for the night.
