Nikola is a Baron in Twin Locks. Outside of the public eye he was also a member of The Nightshifters and responsible for clearing smuggled and stolen goods that came to Palhas City by river through Twin Locks.
In the 21st year of the 2nd Era, Nikola betaryed Miles Gray by claiming a smuggled artifact for himself and competing with Miles in the black market.
