Session 18
General Summary
After hearing from Calus that his specially-bred war beasts had gotten loose from their handlers, Fireteam Crescendo utilized the environment of the Pleasure Gardens to corral them back to their pens. By combining stealth, teamwork, and the spores of some alien plants, the party acted quickly to perform the task at hand and greatly please the onlooking Emperor.
After this unexpected hindrance to their tour, Calus decided to curtail their tour and bring them along to the Royal Baths for some recuperation. In the baths, the party observed Loyalist Cabal at ease in the burning acidic waters of the baths. They also witnessed the birth of new Loyalists from the cloning pools. Upon dressing down and relaxing in the water themselves, the party was able to refresh and recharge. They even partook in a game with the Loyalists and found great success, which Calus was most pleased with. After the conclusion of this game, Calus summoned the party back to his royal chambers to conclude his business with them.
