Session 14
General Summary
The party entered Excavation Site VII and engaged the Cabal forces within. They retrieved batteries from the barracks and launched themselves onto the site's main drill. On the drill, Zelle's hacking skills uncovered Red Legion intel about the location of the computation hub & the presence of an enormous Vex mind. After launching from the one drill over to the computation site, the party sprinted through the drill to a cavern above the Inverted Spire. Dropping down into the hub, the Vex mind Protheon arrives to meet them. After a long battle, during which several team members died, Protheon was defeated and the final artifact fell out of its body.

| Ari | Ari showed a genuine concern for Bentley's change in personality, even if it came from a selfish place. By contrast, her killing blow on the boss was delivered with an incredibly selfless statement, "Stop killing my friends!" It will be interesting to see how Ari continues to develop while working together with the rest of the fireteam. |
| Bentley | Bentley has reached his limit with his Destruction bloodlust, and has dynamically shifted his personality in a way that has worried the party. Ari and Judge spoke with one another and Judge plans to talk to Bentley once they have a moment alone. |
| Cloak | Robin talked in retro about how he felt Cloak would be dissatisfied with his actions through this session. Between overextending and dying, misuse of abilities, and failing to rez Zelle when the opportunity arose, Cloak will have to confront his actions in light of his personal commitment to protect his fireteam. |
| Ernesto | John seemed a bit out of it after the session and seemed to have a hard time coming up with a thing he enjoyed about what Ernesto did. Offer Ernesto more opportunities to RP through the Frontline Azure connection so that John can be a more active participant. |
| Judge | Judge died in combat for the first time since joining Fireteam Crescendo. He has an opportunity to show how he handles death as a veteran guardian. He also has plans to speak with Bentley about the change in his personality. |
| Zelle | Seeing Judge die, Zelle rolled a Wisdom saving throw privately to DM that she failed. Although she was the next to die, she died cackling in laughter. This offers an opportunity for her to RP into the changes her character is experiencing. |
