Anatomy

Two arms that help with balance and picking things up. On each arm, they have and hand which is made up of five fingers or four fingers and an opposable thumb. These allow Nookalians to do many fiddly tasks such as tying shoelaces or wiring things, just like Humans. Anatomically inside and out, except for their markings, Nookalians are exactly the same as Humans.
Nookalians have these black markings on their arms that are as natural to them as freckles are to them. They can easily be mistaken for tattoos if one does not know what they are. On most people, they are easily hidden with long sleeves and trouser legs though some people do have them on their faces or neck which might only be hidden with make-up if trying to hide among non-marked humans.
