His Plane, The Burning Woods - Zugh

The fear of outrunning a pack of wolves in the forest, as well as the fear of being trapped in a place on fire combine to form the realm of Meilyr. If you find your way into the Burning Woods, you are already being hunted. All primal feelings are elevated and all emotions begin to control you until your mind has left and only the instincts in your body remain.
It is said that Zugh is actually the nearest of the Outer Planes to the Abyss.
