The lady of the Everchanging Environment of Time, her domain in timelords is to control the process of "aging" due to time constraints and movement. At the same time, she is responsible for keeping track of the precise time when an event happens to someone.

- Colorful Thread o White Thread: To cut time. When she stretches the thread, any objects' time that touches it will be cut short. This doesn't only affect the age of the object but also the properties (such as the distance the object has moved). o Red Thread: To drain time. When she cuts the thread, any objects will lose their existing time. o Blue Thread: To catch time. When she marks the thread, any event that happens in that time will be held.
