The Void

Paha is the goddess associated with the void. According to Ferali mythology, the void is the plane between the world of the living and the Aftelife. Some religious sects hold that all souls enter the void after death and that there's nothing beyond it. In some countries, Paha is seen as the guardian of souls. In others she's seen as an intermediary, sorting out the souls, and deciding who will go spend eternity with Afel in the Underworld or Shaniel in the Afterlife. Regardless of which one you believe, Paha is a very important figure in Ferali mythology.

Geography

The void is believed to be absolutely empty save for Paha's seat at its very heart. Religious scholars have debated for centuries as to what form her seat takes. Some argue that it's an ornate throne while others argue that she watches over the void from a simple chair. Regardless of its form, they all agree that the souls of the dead drift aimlessly through the void.
