Tsura-Tsura (Sur-ah Sur-ah)

The island nation of Tsura-Tsura in the Nokoling Sea is a study in contrasts. The haughty and avaricious Griff have built a glittering stronghold to luxury and wealth.
The Tsuran Shipyard fabricates most of the sailing vessels the realmwide trade depends on. It has also made most of the noble families of Tsura-Tsura very rich over the past century. But, frustrated by their lack of Pillar status, the griffs have ghettoized sections of their keep and practice a casual form of prejudice, keeping Tower races in comparative squallor on the outside of their heavily-guarded Gilded Gateway wall. This wall separates the fabulous griff-only inner city and the Shipyard from "the crust" where all others are required to stay without explicit permission from Overseer Quort.
