Ephraim Starksong
Ephraim Starksong is the adoptive father of Cailín Starksong and the lightkeeper of Lug Louarn. After a catastrophic storm hit the lighthouse ten years ago, Ephraim was separated from Cailín. His current whereabouts and status are unknown.
