Wally is a middle-aged gnome and the owner of Wally's Wondrous Wares, a small shop in Woodstock, Stonehollow, that sells magical wares.
Wally himself is a tinkerer and artificer, creating and selling magical equipment and trinkets to those that can pay.
In addition to creating and selling magical items, Wally can identify unknown magical items for a fee.
