The Arson
An arsonist has been running around the city-state of New Haven, seemingly randomly setting buildings ablaze. Not wanting to make things too big a deal as they kickstart their new Supers initiatives, City Council has deemed the fires, "inconsequential to the overall wellness of the city," and have put an unseasoned and overwhelmed junior team on the case. Red Cross and Snow Owl, knowing there is more to the fires than simple petty crime, decide to take matters into their own hands.
