Thanks to Mitsuhide & Tenkai's legends combining, Shirotaka gained the ability to absorb physical damage & transform it into magical energy, specifically fire.

History

On ordinary katana once belonging to Mitsuhide Akechi. When combined with the legend of him being Tenkai, it transformed into a magical one.
