Oakes have a psychic presence similar to Titanes, and are large, smooth-barked deciduous trees that are native to the Silver Woods.

Anatomy

Oakes are large, smooth-barked deciduous trees, with a basic psychic presence. Their root systems are wide-spreading, and often merge with other trees to form inter- and intra-species networks. These networks extend and strengthen the Oake's psychic presence, extending it slightly beyond the bark and leaves.

Growth Rate & Stages

The Oakes grow in the same manner as any other tree, with the addition of a moderate psychic presence that grows with the tree and moderates its functions on a conscious level. If a Oake grows near another psychic tree, be it another Oake or not, their presences merge, freeing up a small portion of the combined presence to extend slightly beyond the bark and leaves.
