God-King Avalon

In the year 3384, a young woman came the Ullygard on a ship from overseas. She encountered the ruling king at the time and they fell in love. They had a son, who would be named Avalon. As he grew up, he became a figure well liked by his people. He was known to be very wise, and had a long benevolent rule. His time wasn't without tragedy however, his only son was killed in a hunting accident. Consumed by grief, Avalon never had another child. As he neared the end of his life, he contracted a mysterious figure to create a massive dungeon to hold his crown, the legendary Crown of Truths. He declared that whoever could reach the end would become the true heir of Ullygard. 
Due to the unknown nature of his foreign mother, it was theorized by his people that he was a descendant of Azoth Lightborn.
The Reach: This group was a supporting faction to the throne, and was granted the right to rule after Avalon's death. they still rule to this day, as nobody has reached the crown.
