Infernal Contract
This binding agreement is made through the first party to the consenting second party that the latter be bound, unto and after death, by a crafted instrument of infernal caliber provided by the first party. This contract remains valid for the predetermined period of eternity, until voided by agreement of both parties, or through mediation by a willing and impartial third party of mortal or infernal lineage agreed upon by both the contracted parties.
In exchange for aforementioned agreement, the first party, hereafter referred to as “The Master”, and the second party, hereafter referred to as the “Bearer”, are bound by the followings binding pacts:
First Pact
Whereas the first pact is enacted upon the Bearer accepting the agreed upon instrument. The following benefits will be received:-
1-1: The Master and Bearer will attain a telepathic bond.
-
1-2: The Bearer may entreat the advice or commentary of The Master as circumstances dictate such need and the Master shall likewise freely speak to the Bearer at their pleasure.
-
1-3: The bond remains regardless of distance from the agreed upon instrument.
Second Pact
Whereas the first pact is considered fulfilled and the second pact enacted once the Bearer affirms his link with the agreed upon instrument. The following benefits will be received:-
2-1: All aspects of the first pact remain in place and unbreakable.
-
2-2: The Bearer gains the knowledge and comprehension of infernal letters and tongues.
-
2-3: The Master may assert his will into the mind of the Bearer on the start of each new day, at the hour of midnight, relative to the Bearer's concurrent, and all subsequent, planes for the duration of their mortal existence.
-
2-4: The Bearer, in turn, may accept or attempt to resist the will of The Master. Should the latter succeed, he will share the senses of the Bearer regardless of planar barriers.
-
2-5: The Bearer may use a command word given by The Master to cause the agreed upon instrument to erupt in hellfire.
-
2-6: The Bearer will furthermore be able to inflict hellfire, as mentioned in the previous subsection, on others in combat. In making such attacks the Bearer may banish any such foes as they see fit, or of worth to The Master, to the plane of the Nine Hells in perpetuity.
Third Pact
Whereas the third pact shall be enacted at any such time The Master feels the Bearer is not adequately fulfilling the terms of the enacted pacts heretofore agreed to, the following consequences will be accepted:-
3-1: Should The Master feel the Bearer intractable to the terms of binding, the former may, at their discretion, compel the latter to commit acts which run counter to their normal disposition, up to and including: suicide, murder and/or dismemberment of allies and/or loved ones.
-
3-2: Alternatively, the everlasting soul of the Bearer shall be considered locked in terms and forfeit due breach of contract, becoming property of The Master to be claimed at their discretion or defer claim until the moment of mortal death.
Fourth Pact
Whereas the fourth pact shall be enacted in place of the third pact in the event that the Bearer produce any evidence of failure on the part of The Master to fulfill any assigned portions of heretofore agreed terms as to be considered in breach of contract. Should such conditions be met, the following consequences will be accepted:-
4-1: Any confirmed violation of this contract on the part of The Master immediately renders this contract null and void, requiring a penalty payment of 12,000 gold pieces to be paid immediately to the Bearer.
-
4-2: All previously mentioned benefits and/or penalties are removed from the part of the Bearer, as is the original instrument furnishing such. The everlasting soul shall also be returned to them if previously forfeit while all other terms are to be considered complete and concluded.
