Orc

Philosophers everywhere have begged the possibility if a fully sentient race could be capable of fulfilling its intellectual and physical desires through a single sustainable source; a self-contained species with no innate need to expand and thrive. A race so finely attuned to their inner desires and needs that they can assert full authority over their bodily urges, suppressing the desire for more. Then they remembered that Orcs are a thing and laughed at their trailing thoughts. Standing at an average of 6'0" and weighing 255lbs, many mistake the oddly-colored brutes as barbarians and savages at heart. They would not be blamed for thinking so, as Orcs as a species live for only a single purpose in life, one drive that propels them forward as a species and ensures their survival and growth: Romping.
Romping satisfies every Orcish desire for "more", from power trips to hunger, once they romp another worthy opponent, all of these compulsions are satisfied and vented in their entirety for several hours. It is completely within their capabilities to survive solely off romping neglecting food and drink, their musk and sweat alone sustaining their recursive loop fury as they continue to ravage the countryside in search for more victims. Unlike most preconceptions of the well-endowed and incredibly fit race, an Orc does not hunt for the sake of food or sport, rather they are constantly on the prowl to romp so that they do not have to take part in such unsavory and undesirable acts. Even they are disgusted by their primal desires for death, but have since found and pursued their perfect outlet that is romping so that they may never have to devolve back into untamed beasts. Nothing else matters, rarely interested in intellectual pursuits or other ambitions unless it directly relates to increasing their capacity for romp, believing that the soul of everything deserves to romp or be romped. This does not mean they are not able to formulate meaningful thoughts, in fact it is quite the opposite.
Many scholars and philosophers of days gone have been Orcs, their insatiable lust to romp also motivating a peculiar curiosity for the world's inner workings. What is romp? Why must we romp? Where did romp come from? All questions an Orc seeks throughout their childhood, but many growing out of them as they near adulthood, accepting that all there is in life is to romp. Admittedly this has done them good in way of physique, being one of the strongest and most enduring races still alive to this day as a consequence for their constant quest of romp. However, older veterans will often begin to ask the existential questions, dabbling in the sciences and history to discover the elusive source of all romp, what elements make up romp, and how romp was formed in the beginning of time.
Younger Orcs are far too pressured by society to stop and think about their past, forced to romp or be romped, though some in a less competitive society may find their mind tested at an early age and delve into the age-old question far sooner. They have little need for civilization as a species, and thus have never truly formed a culture or government to call their own ever in recorded history, though are content serving within one so long as it either promotes or does not suppress their ability to romp. Where ever in life an Orc finds himself in, be it amidst traveling adventurers to the courts of law, they are all tied together as brothers and sisters and romp. They prefer not to kill, but will in a heartbeat if you display intent to prevent their romping. They seeing weak prey as a chance to flex their prowess as the dominant Orc so that they may remember who romped them and spread their tales, or so that they may take the unfit under the wing and teach them the ways of flexing. They are surprisingly altruistic and kind, but are equally as dangerous due to their repressed emotions and urges; an Orc will always find a way to be the best romper they can be, never allowing their instincts to overtake them.
As a Meridii species, they were one of Astralshaper's preferred mercenary races that could be hired to subdue any uprisings during the empire's infancy, romping all resistance without the need for death. Now, they find themselves unable to romp as much as they would like, the Meridian Wasteland disallowing their tendency to wander and maraud with rules in place to prevent unstructured public romping. However, romping has ascended to be the Meridian's state sport during Evening, allowing Orcs and their comrades everywhere to express their supremacy in romp. But for some, this is not enough. Orcs as a whole most often align with Vertinal or Ital Tek for their potential to romp out-of-cycle, or even among Privateer organizations, occupying positions in direct line-of-fire such as soldiers, miners, police, monks, and of course, Rompus elites.
Orcs like any other race have suffered from lack of genetic diversity, forced into cramped living conditions due to the Wastes and Evening. They have been reduced to a single sub-race:

Veralt Rompers

A sub-race with innate proficiency in wizardry, these Orcs use their magical attunement to flex over the weak by augmenting their musculature past what is normally possible. They are incredibly strong and persevering, never stopping until their target is romped.
