Admiral Nelson

One of the Baron of the Ridge's most ambitious officers, Admiral Nelson was nearly the victim of a Doppelganger attack. Luckily, the admiral was unfazed by his encounter with a shape-shifting, memory-siphoning monster and instead thought of how he could use this creature to his advantage. He gave the Doppelganger a persona so he could travel freely around Baron Ridge and gather intel on the conspiracy they were about to enact. This persona became known as John the Dashing.
Admiral Nelson and the Doppelganger planned to stage a coup against the industries of Baron Ridge. First they would sow the seeds of mayhem in the most powerful sectors of the economy, then they would reap the devastated properties at a margin well below market value. They would unleash a monster in the mines, set fire to the cranes that fuel the Ridge's supply routes, and use the Doppelganger to impersonate the most powerful man in town, the Baron.
After the party's visit to Baron Ridge, the conspiracy was foiled during its enactment. Admiral Nelson now resides in the jail of Baron Ridge, awaiting punishment for his crimes against the town. The Doppelganger was killed, guaranteeing no impostors will be terrorizing the streets of the Ridge anytime soon.
