Sniper

Requirements- Focused Skill (any skill used to make ranged Attack Rolls)
With a ranged attack, spend a Full Round Action aiming at a target. Spend another Full Round Action to make an attack at your highest attack bonus against the target, but apply the damage from all the possible attacks you may have made that round as a Full Action (ex: The player has two Additional Attack feats and has the Haste/Slow spell cast on them, they aim at a target for a Full Round Action, the next round they attack the target at their highest attack bonus with that weapon, if they hit they would roll damage 4 times.) Sneak Attack may only be applied once. This ability can be stacked with the Dead Aim feat (provided you spend a Full Round Action and an Action aiming).
If you don't have Additional Attacks, you may spend up to 3 rounds aiming, and apply the 2 additional attacks (you can spend two rounds with Haste or Additional Attack to get the same effect).
