Precision Attack

Requirements- CL 3 and Focused Skill (One-Handed Weapons, Crossbows/Firearms, Investigation, Life Sciences, Social Sciences or Perception)

Once a round spend a PP to gain an additional 1d6 (+1d6 per 4 CL above 3, CL 7, 11, 15, 19, max 5d6) damage to a foe. If the target is flat-footed, flanked and engaged by another opponent, unable to add a Modifier to their Defense check, or unaware of the location of the attacking player (such as Invisibility or sneaking up on the target) , there is no Pool Point cost.
