You may turn spells into poisons that can be applied to weapons. If the spell is instantaneous (no duration), the poison may only be applied to damage once. If the spell has a duration (such as the Conjure Disease or Acid spell), each strike counts as one use of the duration (ex: You are CL 6 and the spell grants 1 round per CL for duration, you would have 6 successful strikes that would apply the poison/spell damage)
The cost to make these extracts decreases to 1/10 Frag
