You may make a device others can use. The DC to make this device is increased by 5 and the device does not improve as you level up.
This device has a number of uses equal to CL/2, but becomes uses per day (restores after 10 hours of no use) if the Permanent Spell metamagic is used with it. You may increase the uses by expending an additional PP while creating the device, the number of PP define the number of additional uses.
Normally others who Cast Spells or have the Spirit-Shunned feat are the only ones able to use your devices, they must re-roll and take the lowest result on checks related to your device, and it stops working for them after 24 hours.
