Action- Action
Save- DEX for 1/2 damage
Choose from cold, fire, shock or kinetic damage. Deal 1d6 (increases by one die for every 2 CL to a maximum of 5d6) damage to all targets within a 15 ft cone emanating from your hands. When used with Combine Spell feat, just adds elemental damage to the other spell.
