Touch a target, if they fail their save they become totally under the caster’s control for CL rounds. They will not take orders that will directly harm them (such as asking them to kill themselves), but they can be tricked into it (“climb out that window over there”) or forced to fight their former allies.

At CL 4-7 this spell may only effect undead, plants and inanimate objects.

At CL 8-11 this spell may only effect animals and non-sapient creatures

Above CL 12 the spell can effect anyone (including intelligent creatures).
