Clan Mistress

Requirements- CL 10, you are a woman of at least 30 years of age, you have founded a new settlement or you have taken over a settlement from a Clan Mistress or Matriarch.

Choose 6 spells with a CL requirement no more than 6 CL higher than your current level. While in your settlement you may cast those spells as if you were 6 CL higher than your current CL.

If you leave your settlement you may still cast these spells, but they're cast at your current CL.

A Clan Mistress that does not have the support of other powerful ruling Clans will usually be targeted by other would-be Clan Mistresses. If you leave your settlement you will likely be a target for assassination.
