Chromium

Tin (perception)- Enhances senses- Grants +10 to Perception at CL 1 (increases by +5 for every 2 CL), but the character must make a STR Save (usually DC 10, but may be increased at GM discretion) if suddenly afflicted by loud noises or bright lights, or is otherwise Stunned for 1d4 rounds. At CL 5, in addition, the character gets a CL bonus to Defense and DEX Save checks. At CL 10 the character no longer must make a STR Save.
