Change Matter and Matter State

Requirements- CL 5, Focused Skill (Alteration Magic)   Action- Full Round Action   Save- WIS   Deal Necrotic Damage to a creature, or bludgeoning damage to an object. Deals 1d4 per 2 CL per round for CL rounds. May also be used to grant 1 DR (bludeoning and kinetic) per 2 CL. This effect lasts CL rounds.   When used on an animated object, may be used to grant a bonus to a specific skill. The animated object gains a +2 to a skill +1 per 3 CL, and lasts for the same number of minutes.   May also be used to change the type of matter an object is, or its state, with GM discretion.
  • This should be handled mostly as an RP tool, and is explicitly not for combat
  • If used this way, it should require a check with either Life Sciences or Physical Sciences
  • Can be used for simple things like throwing grapes into a bowl of water, spending ten minutes casting the spell on it, then voila, wine
