Banners

Banners are basically just enchanted flags that inspire emotion in the bearer's allies or enemies.   To gain the benefit of a Banner the bearer must hold it with two hands (without Bannerperson and other Banner feats) and all those effected must be within 60 ft (some Banners have a greater range). Listed cost is the Crafting Cost, store prices are higher and variable.

Uncommon Banners

  These Banners, while uncommon, have been replicated in various forms. Each banner has either a specific symbol or material that is used in its constuction.  
Banner of Haste
- The pole to which the Banner is affixed must be made of a single piece of metal. Cost- 70 Frag
Enchanting or Craft (Sewing) DC- 30

Effect- Allies are under the effect of the Haste spell while within 100 ft of the Banner
Banner of Flames
- The Banner must contain fire imagery of some sort. Cost- 70 Frag

Effect- Allies gain 1d6 fire damage to all Attacks and damaging Spells
Banner of Ice
- The Banner must contain ice imagery of some sort. Cost- 70 Frag

Effect- Allies gain 1d6 cold damage to all Attacks and damaging Spells
Banner of Lightning
- The Banner must contain lightning imagery of some sort. Cost- 70 Frag

Banner of Healing
- The pole to which the Banner is affixed must be made of a single piece of ash wood. Cost- 70 Frag

Effect- Allies regain 1d6 (+1d6 per 5 CL) HP each round on the Banner bearer's turn
Regular Faction Banner (Faction Banner)
- Choose a faction and an image or pattern associated with that faction. All effects of the Banner only apply when interacting with that faction and its allies. Cost- 1 Frag

Indentify- Social Sciences DC 20
Effect- Allies gain +2 to all Persuation checks if allied with the faction, +2 to Bluff checks if opposed
Clan Banner (Faction Banner)
- Choose a Clan and an image or pattern associated with that Clan. All effects of the Banner only apply when interacting with that Clan and its allies. Cost- 1 Frag

Effect- Allies gain +2 to all Persuation checks if allied with the Clan, +2 to Bluff checks if opposed
Recruiting Banner (Faction Banner)
- Choose a faction and an image or pattern associated with that faction. All effects of the Banner only apply when interacting with that faction and its allies. Cost- 1 Frag

Indentify- Social Sciences DC 20
Effect- Allies gain +3 to all Persuation checks to recruit people to the associated Faction
Regal Banner (Faction Banner)
- Choose a faction and an image or pattern associated with that faction. All effects of the Banner only apply when interacting with that faction and its allies. Cost- 10 Frag

Effect- Allies gain +3 to all Persuation checks and +3 to Bluff checks. If interacting with members of the associated Faction the bonuses increase to +6

Rare Banners

  Rare Banners are singular banners that CAN be replicated, but must be done exactly as the original, and the Crafter must have seen or studied the original.  
Nergal's Banner
- Always rediscovered caked in gore and excrement, the image of the smiling bull against the puke-green background does little to alleviate the discomfort this particular banner brings to all who've witnessed it in use. Cost- 200 Frag
Enchanting or Craft (Sewing) DC- 40
Indentify- Social Sciences or Summon Magic DC 30
Effect- Allies must make a DC 5+1/2 CL CON Save or gain the Sickened Status Effects. Enemies must make a DC 10+1/2 CL CON Save or gain the Nauseated Status Effects, if they pass they are still Sickened. If you are able to wield the Banner as a weapon (you have the Banner Fighter feat for example) it deals an additional 1d6 Necrotic damage. This necrotic damage increases by an additional d6 for each enemy you've killed with the Banner within the last ten minutes
