Russet

The man only known as Russet is a drug maker and dealer in New Vegas's Westside. Russet takes all clients, but does not allow weapons in his establishment, with the guards outside ensuring that everyone follows the rules. 
Born right where he works, in what was once his parents' home, Russet claims he's always been mixing things, even chemicals he probably shouldn't have. Since then, his wacky inventions have been many, but few have actually gone to market, among them are the marijuana strain known as "Tater Toke" and a protein powder called "Sumo Dust."
