Welding Torch

Used for a variety of tasks, welding torches have been commonplace in the mining industry for many years. From carving through steel girders, fixing supports, or melting through Power Armor to get to the vulnerable human inside, there are few issues that can’t be fixed by the application of a few thousand Fahrenheit.

New Weapon Quality

FUEL (X): Weapons with the Fuel quality require loading with the ammunition type noted on the Quality. The weapon requires loading with a number of units of ammunition equivalent to its base damage rating to operate. When rolling a complication with this weapon, it runs out of fuel and will require reloading with a Minor action before it can be used again.
