Mining Drill

Used to clear tough sections of rock and bury dynamite, the mining drill was never designed to be used as a weapon. Unwieldy but effective, this mining equipment is able to drive through armor like butter, allowing its wielder to hurt even the most resilient foes the Wasteland has to offer.

SPECIAL: The Mining drill has been fitted with a Fusion Cell that the drill can draw from to spin faster. When making an attack the user can expend 1-3 shots from the Fusion Cell to add that number of CD to its damage rating.
