The group join and integrate with Ellie's Marauders, trying to get a read on them, their ideals, their internal politics, and their leader, Ellie. They perform various tasks around the camp, Leroy studies under an armorer, Kenny cooks and helps Ellie with her car, Kutter hunts and a mysterious man overwatches them unseen.
