Seeing the threat the brotherhood poses Jane, Preston Garvy, and local leaders convene and agree that the Minutemen must rapidly expand in scale and industrial output in order to survive in the event of war. Jane and a scaver named Tommy begin formulating a plan to reclaim Saugus Ironworks to help in this endeavor.
