After months of deliberation, a bill is championed by Jane and passed by CFR Legislation to reform the Commonwealth Minutemen into a smaller elite armed force with federal funding while filling the gaps left by the larger force with three state militias with separate chains of command beholden to their own state governments.

The new Minutemen are divided into the Army Corps, the Support Corps, and with relentless advocacy from Institute War hero Reshaun Sharos, the Air Corps.
