After the Gunner attacks of the previous year the CFR Legislative Branch sees the need both for the CFR Executive Branch in order to respond quickly to threats and further integrate the minutemen and CFR Judicial Branch to oversee and prosecute criminals. Jane is elected first President of the Commonwealth Federal Republic.
