Izabel Cruz, seeing the chaos of coalition rule, decides to use her robotics genius to re-establish by constructing a robot army. Her robots malfunction, targeting civilians and raiders alike. This causes the Minutemen and Order Luminarius to jointly destroy her robots and capture her facility. In the aftermath, Cruz is imprisoned by the Commonwealth Federal Republic.
