The Lighthouse has been modified with various atomic and laser technologies to create a laser defense tower with the power to vaporize deathclaws, vertibirds, and pirate boats all the same. This keeps this vital supply line to the state of Far Harbor.
Industry & Trade
The Wickies thrive on renting docks and beds and serving drinks to major shipping companies who ship to places around the commonwealth and even to Far Harbor.
Guilds and Factions
The Wickies are the uncontested owners of Kingsport but several other factions and companies have some sway over the small settlement. These include the Railroad who have a small crew of agents who transport synths to Acadia in Far Harbor.
