Gaia's refuge

In a very remote part of the Galaxy, the last remaining Children of Gaia settled on a planet and created an outpost for themselves. He secluded himself after leaving the Cult of Five.  His having to kill his older siblings, having killed Ichi the first of his Nomorrian sons whom he and Nomorria created after they betrayed them and tried to kill Kenbishi (their second son), Nomorria's death, and the countless battles he fought made him weary of Earth.  Here he could find some sense of peace.  He seeded the planet with life and grew large gardens that he let grow wild on the planet.  He would grow bored and gather creatures and planets that the Green Mage Society said to be endangered or extinct and bring them to the planet to preserve the living species in large enclosures in the underground base he created.  He utilized some of the forbidden techs of his late wife to create the base and enclosures and even to clone the extinct species to study to pass the time.     He names the hidden base after his Goddess mother Gaia and on the surface he created a gravestone for his siblings.  He carved pictures of each of them along with the words "Gaia, please forgive them for their betrayal and allow their souls to find refuge with you again.".  He did the same for his son and a carved statue of his wife was gifted to him by an old friend due to him not being able to carve it himself to such perfection.    Gaia's refuge was used for a short time by the Green Mage Society during the Brew War as an evacuation point for non-combatants.  It was too far to be found and if it was, the Full Wrath of a Son of Gaia was not something to provoke.  They were luckily they only provoked some of his wrath and mercifully sent his Nomorrian children instead.  War never made it to Gaia's refuge.  Only Green Mage pilgrims, students, and messages from his old friend.

A very atmospheric place, moody and with a definite sense of loss. As a writer, just work on some grammar issues like keeping your present, future and past tense in agreement and the run-ons, and you're articles will improve dramatically. You have the imagination, now build up your skills to match. Keep it up!
